Tiny Trails Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
At Tiny Trails, we value your trust and aim to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns & Replacements (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products)
We offer a replacement policy for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Reporting Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted. -
Replacement Requests:
Email us within 24 hours of delivery at official@tinytrails.co.in with:
- Order number
- Clear product photos
- Video showing the defect or damage
- Once your issue is verified, we will arrange the return pickup within 7 days and send a replacement at no additional product cost.
If, for any reason, we are unable to arrange the pickup from our side, the customer will need to ship the product back to us from their end. -
Return Shipping:
Customers must return the item to us for inspection. We will provide the return address and return label, which the customer must print and attach to the package. -
Pickup Attempt:
Our delivery agent will attempt only once to pick up the package. If the package is not ready or the return label is missing, your replacement request will be cancelled.
Important Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- If any foul play or tampering is detected during inspection, the replacement request will be cancelled, and the customer must bear the delivery or return charges if they still want the product.
2. Inspection & Approval
- Our QC team will inspect returned items within 7 working days.
- If approved, your replacement will be dispatched promptly.
- If the item is used, damaged, not in original condition, or shows signs of tampering, the replacement request will be denied, and the product will be returned.
- You will receive an email notification after inspection.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment by emailing official@tinytrails.co.in.
- A cancellation fee applies to cover shipment, RTO, packaging, platform, and payment gateway charges.
- Refunds (after deductions) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
⚠️ Note:
Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. Cancellations after shipment require the customer to bear all related logistics and processing costs.
4. Return & Exchange Policy (For Eligible Products)
Eligibility:
- Return request within 7 days of delivery
- Product unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging
- Custom, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible
Return Steps:
- Email us with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo/video proof (for defective/damaged items)
- Customer ships the product to us; return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
- Customer must print and attach the return label provided by Tiny Trails.
Exceptions:
- Requests will be denied if the product is used, washed, altered, or missing tags/packaging.
- Free gifts or bundles must be returned together.

6. Wrong Product Received
If you received a different product, we sincerely apologize.
Mandatory evidence:
- Unedited unboxing video (from sealed package to item inside)
- Clear photos & shipping label
Review time: 7 working days
If approved, we will ship the correct item at no cost.
Claims without video proof cannot be processed.
7. Delayed Delivery Due to Natural Causes
In rare cases like disasters or strikes, delivery may take up to 30 days.
If undeliverable within this period, you receive a full refund.
